PLURALISTIC, TRAUMA-INFORMED COUNSELLING AND HYPNOTHERAPY to honour what you’ve lived through, calm an overwhelmed nervous system and support slow, sustainable change at your pace.

When life has been overwhelming for a long time, it can be hard to even know where to begin. You might feel on edge, numb, exhausted from “holding it all together”, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. 

 

My work is about creating a steady, grounded space where your story is welcomed exactly as it is – without pressure, judgement or expectation for you to be any different than you are right now.

 

Together we gently explore how your experiences live in your body and nervous system today – your fears, coping strategies, relationship patterns and strengths. Drawing on pluralistic counselling and hypnotherapy, we co-create a way of working that fits you, rather than forcing you into a rigid model. This may include talking therapy, guided imagery, nervous-system regulation tools, inner-child or parts work, and practical resources you can use between sessions.

 

The focus is on slow, sustainable change: small shifts in safety, self-compassion and choice that gradually add up to feeling more present, resourced and connected to yourself and others.

Sessions are available in person in Nottingham and online across the UK, for adults who want deep, thoughtful support with trauma, anxiety, burnout, self-worth, relationships and life transitions.
